How do I post a question?
Register for your free account. Log into your account and click on “Ask Question”. Fill in the fields accordingly including the delivery date of your question. If you’re asking a $19.95 or $49.95 question you’ll be sent to our WorldPay payment page. Pay for your question and monitor the progress from your account. If you ask a custom question, you’ll receive a link in your e-mail with a link that will send you to a WorldPay payment page. Pay for your question and monitor the progress from your account.
Who answers my questions?
Your questions are answered by experienced professionals with designations such as MBAs, CPAs, CAs, CMAs or CGAs.
How fast will my question be answered?
The average timeframe to answer your question is 3-business days. You can ask for emergency service that will deliver the answer in 24-hours.
How do I know how to choose between a $19.95 question, a $49.95 and when I need to post a custom question?
You can go to our “Rates and Fees” page and see examples of each and properly assess your question. If we fee your question should be custom because of the complexity of the research and answer needed then we reserve the right to change this. We ask that you be fair in your designation of your question.
What is your library about?
Our library contains questions that our experts have answered in the past. You can search our library by keyword. Our library works with a membership format. Purchasing a membership will allow you to view and download any answer you wish to read. Our membership works in a 3-month, 6-month and 1-year access format.
